Customer Service in Print

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Tajinder and Geordie at Harmony Printing, for providing a phenomenal level of proactive customer service to a small customer on an insignificant order.

Tajinder caught a printing problem that affected some business cards in our recent order. Instead of waiting to see if we would complain, she contacted me, asked me to look through all the boxes and let her know if I was satisfied.

In the end, Taj & Geordie organized a rush reprint of the entire order, including weekend service, so that Jim & I would have our cards for SES NY.

My only regret is that we don’t have more need of printed material! Geordie is the kind of account rep that makes you want to find ways to do more business with him. The fact that Harmony is willing to provide this level of service to a small account like Strider speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to service.
